The trial session and communication before starting classes is one of the most important phases of our work. Over this period, we’ll get to know you and your competency, goals, challenges and interests so that we can design truly tailor-made classes for you.

What should you expect?
Our trials and pre-class communications are likely to be different to what you’ve experienced in the past. We focus on learning about you and journey, as well as giving you the opportunity to see what your classes would be like with the School. The general process is as follows:
1. Before the trial, you’ll request a trial using our form below. The trial is free.

2. You’ll then receive a request for further information. Here, we’ll ask you to submit some information about your challenges and plans with English, as well as your availability.
3. During the trial, you’ll: make introductions with your teacher; answer lots of questions about your interests, goals, challenges, competency, and learning style; do a mock exercise so you can see an example of your potential in-class work; have the opportunity to ask any questions.
4. After the trial, you’ll have a bit of time to think about your teacher’s proposals, and think of and ask any questions that come up.
5. After your decision is made, your teacher will guide you through the payment and booking process.
